SENSE (Self-Enrolment National Self-Exclusion) is a national self-exclusion register that allows individuals to voluntarily block themselves from entering all licensed land-based casinos in the UK.[1]

How to remove SENSE self-exclusion
Step 1. Check if your self-exclusion period is over
The minimum exclusion period is six months. After that, a further six-month "thinking" period begins. Removal is only possible during this thinking period, or the exclusion expires automatically at the end of it.
Step 2. Contact SENSE to make the cancellation request
Removal cannot be done by email or phone. You must visit any participating casino in person and ask to speak to a casino manager.
Step 3. Cooling-off period
SENSE applies a six-month "thinking" period after the minimum exclusion ends before removal is possible. During this time, you may instead choose to renew.
Step 4. Cancellation
The casino manager will ask you to sign a digital removal form in person. Once processed, the self-exclusion is lifted. Note: each casino operator retains the right to independently decide whether to allow you entry under their own internal controls after removal.[3]
